I feel as if I am a still ocean, bereft of waves and clouds.
Even when the earth trembles and the heavens rage, I do not move.
There is something lacking within me, a wheel without its cog.
I have grown rusty and my works clogged with the detritus of time.
Still, metal can be polished and gears oiled to run again.
There is always fuel to feed this engine, all it needs is a spark.
I await this catalyst, the agent of my minds ambition and hearts desire.
